Commentary

A man with palsy healed

St Matthew Chapter 09:01-08

Commentary
"Luckiest man healed. While he was laying there sick, he was saved. He didn't say a word during the whole interaction. It lets you build a case in your own mind. This man was lowered down in the roof of the temple while Jesus was preaching. Point is, get to Jesus anyway you can. Jesus walked up to the man and said "thy sins be forgiven thee." God can save folks how he wants to. It's easier to save sinners, its hard to save the Church. The Church couldn't understand how this man could be saved when it wasn't under normal procedure. Back then, if you were sick, you must've been a sinner."

St. Matthew Chapter 09:09

Commentary
"Matthew got up, left his belongings and followed Jesus"
